I was debating ordering from some of the more popular belt manufacturers but I am glad I went with GLM. I order my custom belt on Monday and relieved it 5 days later. Belts are made of extremely high quality materials. I expect the belts to last at least my lifetime of continuous use. Other than normal wear and tear from daily use, my first belt is as good as new. Be warned, if your belt is not broken in or you are not used to +10mm powerlifting belts, you may possibly break a rib. The belt will break you before you break it, guaranteed.
Customer service is impeccable. All your questions are answered immediately and details are confirmed. If your belt is even the slightest of not how you designed/requested it, it will be redone, no questions asked.

I got my belt about a month ago now. 10mm double suede gray, maroon embroidery, size small, single prong. Wanted to wait until it was broken it and I got a good sense of the belt. Overall, it’s pretty damn awesome. Has it made my lifts go up? I have no idea, my programming doesn’t have me max but every 3 months. Has the belt made me feel more stable, secure, and safe? Yes, 10/10 it has helped. Very sturdy, very well made, and very pliable. The belt looks incredible. Gray with maroon was the way to go. Purple with gray will be the next.
There’s only one minor thing I have against it. I measured for and ordered a small while I was 172lbs. It was perfect there, 5 holes from the tightest during lift. I’ve started my bulk now, and bloated some, and I’m now 3 holes from the largest. Worried I may get a little too big before I can order another belt.

Will be reviewing this to an Inzer 10mm and a Titan Longhorn. 1st, out of the box it requires no break in time whatsoever. You can wear the belt instantly without any struggle. It is a tad bit stiffer than the Longhorn, but not nearly as stiff as the Inzer.
What I noticed with Inzer is that their 10mm is closer to 11.5 almost 12mm thick even. This just means that Inzer like to upscale their 10mm just a bit. However, if you’re going to buy the 13mm from Inzer, it’s not really worth the extra 1-1.5mm of thickness for $10 more since it is essentially almost the same thickness. Why Inzer does this I don’t know.
The Longhorn is pretty on point with it being 10mm. Again, same thing being that it is very supple out of the box and can be worn instantly. The Longhorn may be too supple for some people, so the 2nd time I bought one it had to be double prong. I felt the single prong wasn’t doing enough for the suppleness of it. I think you guys use stiffer leather than the Longhorn which would be my best guess.
Shipping times would vary between belts. 1st time through Inzer, 4 weeks. 2nd time through them it was 7 weeks. The custom Longhorn that I ordered took 3 months. I got my Pioneer belt in 10 days.
One thing I’d like to point out is the loop. Thank god someone used a thinner loop so that the buckle could go in easier. Inzer and Titan both stay with the thick ass loops so it’s incredibly hard to go in and out. Couple that with the fact that the loop is really close to the prong, so you’d have to bend the belt even further back.
One gripe I’d say is that the prong is a bit loose. Not sure if that’s a good thing or bad thing, but Inzer and Titan both have prongs that are quite firm and don’t wiggle as much. I’m kinda all over the place with this review, but I’m thinking things as I go along. It is USAPL approved at local meets. Probably not for Nationally ranked meets and not yet IPF approved.

I am extraordinarily happy with this purchase. To start, the lead time was exactly 4 weeks, which is what was expected given that I didn’t ask for any customizations. To be sure, a month does feel like a long time to wait, but it is the standard time frame for belt companies.
I ordered the belt in grey, and the color matches the pictures perfectly. A close inspection left me very impressed with the stitching. The only minor flaw seems to be a small incision (1/4″ long) near the widest hole setting. Perhaps it was nicked by a very fine blade? Regardless, it’s not at all noticeable unless one is looking for it.
The instructions provided in terms of measurement were very helpful. I measured my waist at 39″, which put me right in the middle of the Large sizing. I mention this because once I did put on the belt, I noticed that when tightened to the desired hole (the 4th tightest for me), there was a significant amount of the tongue left to go through the hoop. I had some light deadlift work on Friday after heavy squats, but I went ahead and used the belt to start the break-in process. After one set, I found I had to rotate the belt on my waist so as to keep the tongue from catching on my arm. I’m not sure if this would be addressed by adjusting sizing specifications or tweaking the design (maybe eliminating the small taper at the end); however, it is why I went with 4 stars instead of 5.
First time wearing it at the gym, I was asked where I got it. The quality of the product just sells itself. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer if I decide to order a custom belt or one with a lever design.

First off you should know this is a first class company with beyond excellent customer service and oh yeah they give back to the sport in so many ways. For that reason alone they have my business and recommendation for life… now on to the belt.
This belt is perfect in every aspect, custom to what I wanted, personalized, and built like a tank. It does take a little breaking in if you are planning on using it for deadlift, but overall was not unbearable. This belt is more than enough for the casual gym goer and still more than enough for a serious powerlifter… perhaps at the elite level (I.e. 800-1000 pound squats and deads) you might want to bump up to the 13mm, but I am not sure how you would get more support than this belt gives(perhaps lining it with concrete?).
I have owned the belt now for just about 6 months and really couldn’t be any happier. I think my wife gets a little pissed when I bring it to bed with me, but hey she doesn’t help me hit PR’s on my deadlift.
so to end I will take some poetic license with their slogan “Don’t buy a belt, buy your belt” .

Wow. I got a custom belt in Royal Blue with the tapered tongue and black lining, basically looks like the first photo. I am amazed at the quality of this thing. I’ve bought horrible ones from amazon for 35$, and this one is a bit more expensive, but well worth it.
When I first took it out of the box I was excited, and then when I wore it, it was like nothing I’ve ever used before. My back felt protected and completely locked in. I’ve used numerous other belts before none which felt like this one, and it already feels like it’s molding to my body. I have lost a little weight since I bought it and have like two notches left which is a little worrisome! But that is my own fault.
If your on the fence, I highly recommend this belt. It looks awesome and feels better.

I ordered the non-embroidered belt on November 11, received an email saying that it had been delivered to Fedex on November 28 and finally got the belt on December 4. Everything within the time limits.
I’m not an expert but I think it is a product of excellent quality and it seems to have a great durability.
The customer service has been very good. Since I sent a first mail asking some doubts (without having made the order) until they answered me, only a few hours passed. And afterwards they kindly made me some suggestions. Furthermore, being an international client, they warned me about duties and taxes and informed me of the two options I had: Fedex and USPS.
I’m from Spain and, if anyone is interested, with Fedex I had to pay about 35€. In terms of customs tax (19.51€), administrative expenses (13.50€) and another small charge (2.84€). Of duties I didn’t have to pay anything.
As I said before I am not an expert, but I would recommend this belt 100%.

I like to give reviews after I have used a product for a good while. My wife bought me this belt about 18 months ago after my inzer was stolen. First impressions right off the bat was this is no flimsy belt. It was very well constructed, detailed and solid. Black finish has held very well. Performance was excellent and just gets better. Even with my inzer “broken in” it did not feel as solid and comfortable at the same time as this belt. If only I could give this belt more stars.
