This program is a celebration of those who go above and beyond, who’s loyalty and creativity are to be rewarded.
We are excited to partner with BrandBassador to kickoff this exciting new opportunity. BrandBassaddor offers us and our ambassadors a cool, easy to use, feature-filled application to promote, incentivize and reward all of our brand ambassadors. As an ambassador you will download their app from the App Store or Google Play and register. As soon as your application is approved, you’ll be able to start earning points, cash and rewards!

Ultimately we want to give back to our loyal customers and followers, many of whom have been promoting our products and our brand without any gain. We know we have the best customers and followers in the business and we want to reward you for that loyalty.
What is the goal of the new P.A.L.?
The goal of the Pioneer Ambassador Legion is to increase our brand visibility to new people by rewarding the customers we have already found. We believe that the best referral you can give to a product or brand is from someone you trust, and we trust you to speak for us!
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for sincere followers of the Pioneer brand who appreciate our family business and have wholehearted dedication to bringing others into the ‘family.’
What is it?
The Pioneer Legion Ambassador Program offers you the opportunity to collaborate with us! Everything takes place in a state-of-the-art BrandBassador app and is easy and simple to use. You can earn points, gift cards and even cash by completing missions and making sales.
What do I have to do?
As a member of the Pioneer Ambassador Legion you will participate in missions and promote Pioneer Fitness through your social media and blog accounts to let all of your friends and followers know about us! You will spread the word about our brand and get the opportunity to earn rewards and get new products before they’re released.
There are a few things we do require:
- We don’t offer many sales during the year, so when one is announced we ask that our brand ambassadors share that information with their followers.
- When we release a new product, we ask that our brand ambassadors share that information with their followers.
- We ask that our ambassadors monitor the comments on their posts to make sure they don’t get spammed or infiltrated with inappropriate content.
- If questions or concerns arise in the comments of your post that you are not able to answer, we ask that our ambassadors forward those on to us or direct the person to our customer support team.

What do I do if I think a sale is missing from my commissions?
Commissions are paid out when orders are marked completed in our ecommerce. This means a sale of a customized belt could take a few weeks to be credited to you. As you know, we make all of our belts one at a time and by hand, we don’t import them in quantity, so sometimes they can take awhile! If you think a sale is missing you can always message us using the Brandbassador App. You can also submit a missing sale through the app, following these instructions:
- Go into your Profile
- Click on your Sale tile
- Click the ‘Add a Missing Sale’ button*
- Fill in the necessary details and we will verify on our side if the sale was made.
- Once we verify, the sale will be tracked and you will get your commission straight to your Cash Account.
*Please note the ‘Add a Missing Sale’ feature only applies to discount code sales, if you believe you are missing a tracking link sale please contact Brandbassador via the app and provide them with the details of the sale so they can investigate further.
Are there any exclusions?
Unfortunately there will be some exclusions to joining the P.A.L. Please read the Brandbassador App terms of service for their specific requirements for payout. Additionally we will require that you have public social media account(s), that you are active in your space and that you represent the Pioneer brand in alignment with our company values. We reserve the right to decline or revoke membership for any reason.

Expectations & Disqualifications
Pioneer is a family owned and family oriented business. Our rule #1 in business is ‘Don’t be a Dick’ and our business mission is, and always will be, to bring a positive attitude and be the light in an otherwise ugly world. We will NOT tolerate any person associated with the Pioneer brand to demean or denigrate any person or groups of people while representing our business. This includes divisive or derisive language regarding race, color, religion, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic. This exclusion also includes allegations of criminality. If anyone representing Pioneer as an ambassador is found to violate this policy, they will immediately be disqualified from the program.
