Pioneer Cut – 13mm Thick – Suede Power Lifting Belt

(5 customer reviews)
13mm suede Pioneer Cut Belt

Have you ever had the problem where you can’t get your prong belt the right tightness? How about the problem of getting the belt off after a big lift?

Introducing the “Pioneer Cut“. It is a Patent Pending design that Steve Strohm designed and partnered exclusively with Pioneer to bring to market. We have taken the existing traditional prong buckle and made it better and more customizable in terms of sizing. Offsetting two lines of holes, this design allows for you to tighten the belt in 1/2″ increments instead of the normal 1” that most companies currently offer. Due to the smaller increments, the belt can be worn at the correct tightness keeping the lifter more safe, and allowing the belt to be unbuckled much easier.

Our Double Thick Double Suede Power Lifting Belt is Double the durability, Double the support, and Double the appearance! They are made by combining TWO of our normal Power Lifting Belts for the strongest and most durable belt on the market today. Competition proven and ready! This power lifting belt is fully customizable, made to order comes with our Lifetime Warranty and is Made in the U.S.A.

Just got my belt in the mail yesterday. Original order was late October 20th or so. So not even 4 weeks for a fully customized belt with no extra embroidery is awesome. I got the 13 mm pioneer cut belt and couldn’t be any happier. I decided to go rust color on the inside, grey for outer layer, regular buckle, white stitching and black edging. Looks beautiful. Worth the extra cost for a high quality, hand made belt. The pioneer cut is the way to go. Suede feels great and the buckle is stout. The best quality knuckle I’ve seen on the market. If you have an issue deciding to get black buckle versus regular. I went with regular because over time I have heard that the black buckle will eventually start to chip. Not an issue with quality because that will happen. I went with the traditional nickle buckle because sometimes you can also have to much black depending on how much black you have. I went with white stitching to contrast with the other colors. The one thing I do wish that pioneer did was to stitch around the adjustment holes. Probably not gonna make a difference with how well It will hold up, it just looks bad ass. I initially thought 13 mm was gonna be to thick but I am glad I went with the higher thickness. My original belt was 10 mm and is now probably a little less. The 13 mm isn’t to thick. It doesn’t feel bulky. It feels great even with my dimensions. I had the belt 32 inches on the center hole, so small belt. I am 5′ 9″ with a normal torso length and the 13 mm is perfect. I am also a lighter lifter competing in the 148 pound class. So if you think 13 mm is to thick, I suggest you get it and I promise you won’t be disappointed. The rivets are top notch. The belt loop for the tongue is stout also and riveted in. Damn I can go on and on about how bad ass this belt is. Hands down the best overall. The next best but far a far second and third would be Bob’s belts and Best belts but Pioneer blows them all out the water. For the price and how much customization there is and the final cost, you can’t find a better deal. Also I got it on sale. Who does that now a days for a custom power belt. The shipping only took 3 days total without paying and arm and a leg. Shit, I better stop typing. Get this belt and stop looking elsewhere.

This belt is fantastic. I upgraded from a 10mm power lever belt and the added thickness is noticeable. The break in time was very minimal and it’s one of if not the BEST power belt on the market given quality, durability, and price.

Just recently switched to a Pioneer belt with this cut, and I absolutely love it. I went with the 13mm thickness because that’s what my previous belt claimed to be (14mm actually), and let me tell you, there’s absolutely no comparison between the two. My new pioneer makes my other belt look like a funny joke. I also tried the pioneer cut because it always seemed like I could never get a perfect fit regardless of the layers of clothing I had on. Or, it’d be a bit too tight and the lift would be negatively effected due to the tightness.

All the extra options for belt tightness the pioneer cut belt offers really sets it a cut above the rest, no pun intended.

Although my belt isn’t super broken in yet, it was comfortable immediately and it’s only getting better. This belt has far exceeded my expectations, so much so that I ordered my boyfriend one as well.

Highly highly recommended, especially this cut – it makes everything about getting ready for and performing the lift so much easier.
